Rhine still at low water after a small rise at Lobith

The Elbe at Dresden came up 13 centimeters overnight to 71, and the Rhine at Lobith and Danube at Budapest both carried more water than yesterday. All three are still at low water. Sailing days this week run at a 1 percent chance of going as planned on the Rhine and Danube, 31 percent on the Elbe; November reads 30 percent on the Rhine and 57 percent on the Elbe. On the Rhine that normally means a lighter load or a coach transfer to a sister ship.
