Rhine falls six centimeters at Maxau to 304 cm

The Elbe at Dresden held its level overnight and flow came up, so this week on the Elbe sits at 81 percent going as planned. Maxau on the Rhine fell six centimeters to 304, which is low water, with this week at 1 percent as planned and October easing to 22 percent. The Danube at Pfelling did not move, still 224 centimeters and still low. At these levels lines load lighter, or swap you to a sister ship past the shallow stretch with a coach in between.
