Rhine at Kaub falls two centimeters to 17

The Danube came up three centimeters at Pfelling overnight, and the Rhine's November odds eased too, with 26 percent of sailing days now expected to go as planned against 17 yesterday. Kaub went the other way. It dropped two centimeters to 17, the Middle Rhine stays at low water, and the chance of a day this week going as planned is 1 percent. At these levels a Rhine river cruise usually sails with less weight aboard, or swaps to a sister ship past the shallow stretch with a coach in between.
